Arabelle Chia (Ling Ling)

Yumiko Kayahara

Born of Singaporean and Japanese heritage, Yumiko had her first hosting gig back in 2004, when she was 15. She has obtained a Diploma in Events Management and Tourism & Hospitality Management. Fluent in English, with a curious appetite for knowledge, Yumiko is always on the ball, waiting to spring in a word of wit, or simply, to entertain you with her girly charm. Her achievements in 2016 would include standing in as a radio DJ for 91.3fm and won runner up title for 987 Star 2016 (mediacorp’s 98.7fm). She was the show producer for Class 95’s “Muttons in the Morning” and she is now on-air Class95 for Saturdays. Through the years, Yumiko has hosted for various types of events big and small. Her voice is powerful and definitely one that speaks volume. Her voice overs can be heard in various malls, supermarkets and Singapore Discovery Centre. She is also the face and voice for all Toys’r’us events, promotions and social media. She has also hosted many weddings and corporate shows as well.
